GBG Energy Matrix Prospecting – When Your Package Product Order Has Not Arrived

If your GBG Energy Matrix product has not arrived, but you already have prospects responding to your text message who want to try it out – that’s great! You can simply say, “Cool, let me mail it to you. What address should I send it to?”

When they tell you their address you can simply reply back by saying, “Thanks. Give me a couple of weeks… waiting on an order. I’ll let you know when I send it.”

When your package comes in, you can include some of the marketing tools related to GBG’s Energy Matrix product in the envelope you send them. Just put a note in the envelope requesting that they call you when they get the package.

Now, as soon as you mail it, call or text them and let them know it’s on the way. (See, this builds excitement and gives you another excuse to talk to them again. It adds to rapport and is building on the foundation for your next conversation).

If you don’t hear from them about the time the GBG Energy Matrix product should have arrived, give them a call to make sure they got it. If not, tell them how the envelope looks and how many packets you gave them and perhaps one cool about the product. For instance, you could mention that it’s diabetic friendly. And then tell them when you will touch base again.

However, if they have received the package, make an appointment to follow up, and get their feedback once they have given it a try.
